Once our teams have assessed the item, an automatic refund will be processed onto the card used to place the order, and should take no longer than 5 days to appear in your account.

Once your item has been received into our workshop, it'll then be booked in for assessment by our engineers, and a member of our Customer Services team will be in touch to keep you informed.
